Secure your clinical residency slot with a non-refundable $1,000 USD seat deposit. General admissions are strictly capped at 12 students per session to maintain our small-group 1-to-2 clinical ratio.

Terms & Conditions Agreement

By submitting this registration form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Deposit

A $1,000 USD deposit is required to secure your seat. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another course within one (1) year. Registration is confirmed only after both the registration form and the deposit are received by Exios Academy.

2. Required Documentation

The following documents must be submitted to the academic board no later than four (4) weeks prior to the course start date:

  • Copy of valid passport (must have at least 6 months validity from date of entry)
  • Valid, unrestricted dental license from your home country or state
  • Dental degree certificate / graduation diploma
  • Curriculum vitae outlining surgical/implantology experience (if applying for Level 2/3)
  • Recent professional photograph (clinical portrait format)

Failure to provide all required documentation by the deadline may result in the immediate cancellation of your participation without a tuition refund.

3. Payment Policy

Full tuition payment is due no later than four (4) weeks before the course start date, or immediately upon registration if registering within four weeks of the course. Course discounts cannot be transferred unless the exact same promotion is available for the rescheduled future session.

4. Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Exios Academy admissions:

  • More than 6 weeks before the course: full refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable $1,000 USD deposit.
  • 4–6 weeks before the course: refund of tuition paid minus a 25% cancellation fee (which includes the deposit).
  • Less than 4 weeks before the course: tuition is completely non-refundable, but may be credited in full toward another course within one (1) year.
5. Course Changes

Course dates are subject to change. If the organizer cancels or postpones the course, participants may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their tuition to another course date.

6. Professional Consent

By registering, you confirm that you meet all professional and ethical dental requirements for participation and agree to these terms and conditions.

Do I need a temporary license to perform surgery on patients in Brazil?

No. Exios Academy coordinates all necessary regulatory and clinical documentation to obtain a fully legal temporary license from the regional Brazilian dental council (CRO) for the duration of the course. All required materials (copy of passport, dental license, degree, photo, CV) must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the session start date to ensure regulatory processing.

How are patients selected for my surgeries?

Patients are selected, pre-screened, and medically evaluated by our local clinical department. They represent real, necessary clinical cases matching your level's requirements (e.g. standard implants, sinus elevations, guided surgeries, or bone regenerations). This allows us to guarantee that Level 1 participants will place 25-30 implants, Level 2 will perform 5 sinus elevations, Level 3 will perform 4 guided surgeries, Level 4 will perform 4 full arch immediate loading surgeries, and Level 5 will perform 5 reconstructive augmentations (membrane or Khouri).

Are the CE credits valid in the United States?

Yes. Exios Academy is a fully approved AGD PACE provider. Our clinical residency is approved for a full 60 CE credits, which are recognized and accepted by state dental boards across the United States for licensing and continuing education compliance.

What is included in the 'All-Inclusive' package?

What is the cancellation and payment timeline?

A $1,000 USD non-refundable deposit secures your seat. Full tuition is due 4 weeks before the course. Written cancellations made more than 6 weeks before receive a full tuition refund (minus the deposit). Cancellations made 4-6 weeks prior incur a 25% fee. Under 4 weeks, tuition is non-refundable but 100% credited toward a future course within 1 year.
